Lily (she/her) is a Senior Associate Software Engineer at Capital One with a career focused on technical versatility and intentional growth. After graduating from Middlebury College in 2020, she began her career journey at Comcast NBCUniversal, where she completed a TechnicalRotational Program across Data Science and Analytics, Project Management, and Android development. Lily later expanded her expertise as a full-stack web developer at Somos before moving into her current role at Capital One. Having navigated several different technical landscapes, she is passionate about helping other women in the field build their own influenceand find confidence in new industries.
